Sulzer Ltd in India seeks a Sales Support professional to review incoming orders, ensure alignment with quotations, and book them in SAP with zero errors.

You will coordinate with Sales and Tendering, verify scope, price, quantity, and terms, and prepare order acknowledgements. Requires 4+ years, graduate, fluency in English and Hindi, and SAP/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in order processing or sales support.
• English and Hindi language skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders against approved quotations and PO docs to ensure alignment.
• Identify and highlight discrepancies related to scope, pricing, quantity, terms, or conditions before order booking.
• Review contracts for commercial and operational risks and communicate concerns to Sales and Tendering teams.
• Process order bookings for pumps and spare parts with accuracy and zero errors.
• Coordinate internal kick-off meetings for pump orders and critical/high-value spare parts orders.
• Prepare and submit Order Acknowledgements to customers using standard procedures.
• Maintain order booking records and generate order/customer master codes as needed.
• Conduct regular order booking review meetings and provide status reports.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and SAP; strong written and verbal communication.

After thorough review of order in terms of scope, price, quantity this register in SAP.
