Job summary

AHEAD invites fresh engineers to join its Managed Services team as EUS Apprentices. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-user computing, IT support operations, and enterprise-grade service delivery. Learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world tasks from Day 1.

We seek 2026 graduates with a customer-first mindset, basic Windows/Office knowledge, and strong English communication. The role involves rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in an enterprise IT

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
• Customer-first mindset with a keen problem-solving attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding — account creation and device provisioning.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps.
• Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Looking for 2026 graduates.
