Job summary

AHEAD is hiring fresh graduates for its Operations Center Apprentices in Gurugram to monitor client IT infrastructure, respond to alerts, and support 24x7 operations. This is a launchpad into IT operations, cloud, or cybersecurity with global clients.

As part of the NOC, you will log incidents, perform health checks, generate reports, and collaborate with senior engineers. 2026 graduates are preferred; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom or related field.
• Basic awareness of networking concepts — OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client IT infrastructure — servers, networks, applications and cloud environments.
• Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts and events per runbooks and SOPs.
• Log incidents, document observations, and raise issues to senior engineers.
• Perform routine health checks on systems, network devices, and services.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for client environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders during incident resolution.
• Support change management by validating pre and post-change system states.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls.
