AHEAD is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join its Managed Services team as EUS Apprentices in India. You will gain hands-on experience with end-user computing environments, IT support operations, and enterprise-grade service delivery. Learn from seasoned professionals while contributing to real-world IT tasks from Day 1.

The program targets 2026 graduates and offers exposure to first-level support, incident resolution, and documentation within a dynamic enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh engineering graduate in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• Strong basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shift including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding - account creation and device provisioning.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps.
• Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls.

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
• Customer-first mindset with a keen problem-solving attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a 24 7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment
