AHEAD's Managed Services team invites fresh graduates (2026) to join as Operation Center Apprentices. You will monitor client infrastructure, respond to alerts, and support IT operations across AHEAD's global client base. This role offers a strong launchpad into IT operations, cloud, or cybersecurity.
Expect to work in a 24x7 rotational shift, engage in health checks, incident logging, and reporting while leveraging runbooks and SOPs under experienced engineers.
