Job summary

AHEAD's Managed Services team invites fresh graduates (2026) to join as Operation Center Apprentices. You will monitor client infrastructure, respond to alerts, and support IT operations across AHEAD's global client base. This role offers a strong launchpad into IT operations, cloud, or cybersecurity.

Expect to work in a 24x7 rotational shift, engage in health checks, incident logging, and reporting while leveraging runbooks and SOPs under experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from 2026 interested in IT operations, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Engineering graduates from CS/IT/Electronics/Telecom or related fields.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client IT infrastructure—servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
• Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts per runbooks and SOPs.
• Log incidents, document observations, and escalate issues to senior engineers.
• Perform routine health checks on systems, network devices, and services.
• Assist in generating daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for client environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders during incident resolution.
• Support change management by validating pre and post-change states.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls.

• Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field

• Basic awareness of networking concepts — OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server fundamentals
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; calm under pressure
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity is a plus
