Job summary

AHEAD is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join its Managed Services team as EUS Apprentices in Gurugram. This apprenticeship provides hands-on exposure to end-user computing environments, IT support operations, and enterprise-grade service delivery, with mentorship from experienced professionals from Day 1.

You will learn to provide first-level tech support, troubleshoot issues across devices and software, manage service requests via an ITSM tool, and assist with onboarding and device

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends).
• Fresh engineers graduating in 2026 are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding—account creation and device provisioning.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps.
• Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls.
