Job summary

LearningMate is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator in Mumbai to manage end-user support, configurations, and integrations across Sales, Service, and related modules.

You will troubleshoot CRM workflows, plugins, and data issues while maintaining entities, fields, forms, dashboards, and security roles within a complex Dynamics environment integrated with Power Platform components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Dynamics Admin role.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service or related modules).
• Power Platform familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end-user support and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, and data issues; implement fixes.
• Maintain Dynamics 365 configurations: entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, security roles.
• Work with complex Dynamics environment including integrations and Power Platform components.
• Perform data maintenance using Data Import Wizard, Excel templates, or Power Automate.
• Support testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM functionality with business needs.

Relevant Experience: 3+ Years in Dynamics Admin role

Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end user support,resolving issues quickly and ensuring a smooth user experience
• Troubleshoot CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, business rules, and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
• Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations, including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows
• Work within a complex Dynamics environment with custom logic, integrations, and Power Platform components, ensuring stability and consistency across teams
• Perform data maintenance and bulk operations using tools such as Data Import Wizard, Excel templates, or Power Automate to support accuracy and data integrity
• Support testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements, releases, and system updates
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure CRM functionality aligns with business needs

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 in complex or large-scale environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, integrations and related processes
• Handon experience with data import/export tools and data maintenance best practices
• Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Familiarity with Zapier Zap automated workflow is a nice to have
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage cross functional communication
