Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking a portfolio lead motor underwriting to oversee growth and profitability of the Motor line, monitor performance, and drive strategic initiatives to increase market share.

You will execute central level strategies, benchmark competition, mine opportunities, and manage portfolio by sharing insights and shaping decisions. This role focuses on developing tech-based solutions and analyzing P&L, with responsibility to present reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years in General Insurance with exposure to Motor portfolio/underwriting management.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and strategic planning.
