GOGO Foods in Mumbai is hiring a Momos and Dimsum Folding Staff for our kitchen team. You will prepare, fold, shape and handle momos and dimsums while maintaining consistency and food quality.

The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a restaurant or cloud kitchen, good folding skills, and strong hygiene standards. Working hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one weekly off.

Team collaboration and adherence to SOPs are essential to ensure timely order preparation and clean work areas.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or similar food-service environment.
• Good hand skills and ability to maintain consistency in folding and shaping.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy kitchen hours.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle fillings, wrappers and related ingredients.
