Job summary

Seven Eleven Club in Mumbai seeks Commi 1 & Commi 2 specializing in Continental pan-Asian cuisine. You’ll prepare fillings, rolls and dumplings, and operate steamers or fryers on a busy Asian-specialty station under a CDP.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of kitchen experience in Asian, Chinese, or dim sum/momo production, with strong knife skills, dough handling and folding techniques, and solid food-safety knowledge. This role requires hands-on collaboration in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of kitchen experience in Asian, Chinese or dim sum/momo production.
• Strong knife skills and mastery of dough handling and folding techniques.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fillings, rolls and folds dumplings for the Asian-specialty station.
• Operate steamers or fryers as required on the station under a CDP.
• Assist in managing the Asian-specialty station during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
