Job summary

Meenaatchi Corp (opc) in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, is seeking a Manager/Dy. Manager for Molding to lead the injection molding team and optimize production processes.

The ideal candidate holds BE/B.E. in EEE/ECE/Mech or CIPET and has extensive experience in molding technology and team management. Willingness to relocate and install safe working practices is essential. Excellent problem solving, maintenance knowledge (MTBF/MTTR), and coordination with multiple shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• BE / B.E. in EEE/ECE/Mech or CIPET required.
• Experience in injection molding environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handling the injection molding team and production processes to ensure efficiency and high quality.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Training and mentoring new employees and ensuring they follow safe working practices.
• Managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Working with other departments to sort out issues.
• Coordinating with all shifts to ensure smooth transitions.
• Completing daily production reports and reporting on time.
• Performing problem-solving analyses and preparing reports for review meetings.
• Conducting daily review meetings and setting weekly targets for shift engineers.
• Understanding basic maintenance MTBF/MTTR.
