Job summary

Adani Group in Mundra is seeking a maintenance-focused professional for module production lines. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, installation, and commissioning of module equipment, with emphasis on uptime and reliability.

You will drive TPM activities, improve OEE, manage spare parts, and coordinate with OEMs to indigenise parts. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and shop floor discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Module Manufacturing, Machine Maintenance & Installation & Commissioning.
• Strong interpersonal relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for shop floor discipline and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of module production lines and related equipment to ensure uptime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for module lines.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of machinery on the shop floor.
• Prepare MIS/reports on machine availability and issues.
• Drive yield improvement and TPM activities to enhance OEE.
• Participate in indigenisation of spare parts and coordination with OEMs.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of module lines and project management.
• Coordinate FAT activities and supplier interactions.

• Responsibility of Module Maintenance team.
• Spare Part Management
• Responsible for Proper Preventive Maintenance for Module Line Production Area.
• Ensuring equipment up-time and fitness.
• Making MIS /reports about the machine availability time and issues.
• Yield Improvement
• Improving OEE, TPM Activities,
• Active participation in Indigenisation of spare parts.
• Ensuring of TQM Concept on Shop Floor.
• Dealing with OEMs.
• Installation and commissioning of Module Lines
• Project Management.
• Coordination in FAT.
