SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited seeks an experienced Module Lead for Master Data Management (MDM) based in Pune Magarpatta. The role demands hands-on expertise with major MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica or Stibo), strong data modeling, data governance, and integration skills to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

The candidate will design data models, implement survivorship and match rules, and lead data quality initiatives while collaborating with analysts and architects.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant MDM experience.
• Hands-on with Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM or Stibo MDM.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts and data governance.
• Experience in data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, and data quality.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain MDM solutions using Reltio, Informatica MDM, or Stibo MDM.
• Design data models, entity types, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.
• Implement match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and data validation logic.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and relevant integration frameworks.
• Build and support batch and real‑time data loads using ETL and integration tools.
• Perform data migration, mapping, profiling, cleansing, and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and configurations.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Module Lead Master Data Management (MDM) with hands‑on experience in any one of the MDM tools: Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, or Stibo MDM.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in master data management, data modeling, data integration, data quality, and governance. Experience in customer domain MDM is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain MDM solutions using Reltio, Informatica MDM, or Stibo MDM.
• Design data models, entity types, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.
• Implement match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and data validation logic.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and relevant integration frameworks.
• Build and support batch and real‑time data loads using ETL and integration tools.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Reltio MDM or Informatica MDM or Stibo MDM.
• Strong understanding of master data management concepts and data governance.
• Experience in data modeling, match and merge, survivorship, and data quality.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and database knowledge.

Secondary Skills

• Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Reltio Console, and workflow configuration.
• JavaScript or Python scripting.
• Kafka, GCP, or other integration platforms.
• Git and CI/CD practices.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• MDM certifications.
• Customer Domain MDM experience.
• Domain experience in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or financial services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong hands‑on MDM implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience in customer master data management.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Pune Magarpatta location.

Note: Candidates with hands‑on experience in any one of Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, or Stibo MDM are eligible.
