Job summary

PRI INDIA IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an MDM Developer with 3-6 years of experience in Life Sciences to implement robust MDM deployments (Reltio/Informatica). You will work on data ingestion, modelling, and survivorship rules, integrating MDM with CRM and ERP systems, and ensuring data governance across customer, product and healthcare entities.

You will review code, lead data quality discussions, and collaborate with business and IT teams in an Agile environment using Jira and Azure

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
• Strong knowledge of master data management concepts and deployment.
• Experience integrating MDM with CRM and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, modelling, match rules and survivorship.
• Familiarity with data governance in regulated pharma environments.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis without dependencies.
• Experience with Java and Python is preferred.

• Good domain knowledge on Life Science & Pharma/Healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of master data management concepts. Subject matter expert to implement robust and successful deployment of an MDM platform (Reltio/Informatica MDM)
• Experience on MDM solutions integration with CRM & ERP systems
• Good knowledge of various aspects of - like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modelling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations.
• To be able to understand the clients customer life cycle, touchpoints where customer data is captured and business processes to collect, analyze and consume this data for various purposes such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.
• Good understanding of Data Stewardship and Governance process - Manual Merge, Hierarchy Management, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation, Survivorship, etc.
• Define requirements for data quality rules, data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows.
• Committed to continue understanding of new technologies and their strategic advantages.
• Able to review & develop independently, lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout the life of MDM project.
• Familiarity working with below will be a good to have.

Domain Expertise

• Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
• Good understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.
• Strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as: Customer, Organization, Product, Payer & Related healthcare and commercial entities
• Understanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.
• Good knowledge of GxP compliance concepts and regulated environment processes within the Life Sciences industry.
• Exposure to data governance and data quality practices in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
• Knowledge in SQL to run the query and do the data analysis without any dependency.
