Job summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect - Informatica MDM to lead presales and solutioning for complex data management initiatives. The role involves engaging with business and IT stakeholders to understand data challenges, and designing end-to-end MDM solutions across customer, product, supplier, and reference data domains.

You will develop architecture blueprints, lead discovery workshops, and create PoCs illustrating ERP/CRM/eCommerce integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with MDM platforms and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality processes.
• Experience designing end-to-end MDM solutions across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Presales & Solutioning for MDM opportunities.
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand data management challenges.

Job Description

• Presales & Solutioning

Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand data management challenges and requirements.

Design End-to-end MDM Solutions Including

• Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data domains

Develop Solution Architectures Using Tools Like

• Informatica MDM
• Reltio MDM (cloud-native)
• Stibo Systems (STEP)

Define operating models for data governance, stewardship, and data lifecycle management.

Create HLDs, solution blueprints, and architecture documents.

Customer Engagement

Lead discovery workshops to assess data maturity and identify MDM opportunities.

Translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions.

Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical presentations.

Provide effort estimation, sizing, and implementation roadmaps.

Demonstrations & PoCs

Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using MDM tools.

Demonstrate integration with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.

Technical & Domain Expertise

Provide SME Support On

• Data modeling (registry, consolidation, co-existence, centralized styles)
• Data quality, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment
• Match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management
• Data governance frameworks and workflows

Hands-on Knowledge Of

• Informatica IDMC, MDM Hub
• Reltio Data Cloud
• Stibo STEP platform

Strong Understanding Of

• Data integration (ETL/ELT tools like Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, Talend)
• APIs, event-driven architecture, and data pipelines

Integration & Architecture

Define Integration Patterns With Enterprise Systems

• SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, eCommerce systems

Design Data Flows Across Ecosystems Including

• Data lakes, warehouses, and downstream systems

Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.

Stay Updated On Emerging Trends In

Build accelerators, reusable assets, and best practices.
