Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a Product Owner for all software in electric powertrain ECUs. You will enable development and testing through close collaboration with module teams and drive lifecycle governance, ensuring end-to-end delivery and high engineering quality.

You will establish ASPICE-based practices, oversee KPIs, and present project updates to senior management, aligning software initiatives with product goals.

Qualifications

• Act as product owner for software for electric powertrain ECUs.
• Establish base practices per lifecycle such as ASPICE.
• Drive delivery transformation and standardization of processes and tools.
• Coordinate with dev and test teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Prepare management summaries for senior leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for all software for electric powertrain ECUs ,enable development and testing by technical collaboration with module teams
• Establish base practices as per software development lifecycle such as ASPICE
• Drive software delivery transformation, executing the standardization of software development and testing practices, processes, tools while ensuring full end to end orchestration of software lifecycle from requirements to delivery
• Ensure software delivery by close coordination with development and testing teams. Enable team members to individually handle activities project wise
• Ensuring quality of delivery by establishing KPIs and guiding teams to adhere to same. Continuous improvement in engineering quality, efficiency and predictability
• Create management summary project wise, presenting to senior management on periodic basis

Skills

• Sound knowledge on embedded software development, model based software development
• Deep understanding of software architecture and Autosar, test strategies
• Good understanding of system EE architecture definition, V-cycle product development for electric powertrain
• Good understanding of automotive software development process, ASPICE, FuSa, cybersecurity
• Project management experience is a must, e.g. Certifications like PMP
• Stakeholder collaboration within and outside of product development teams
• Project and deliverable tracking, project management and systematic task management experience
