Job summary

Embitel Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced engineering leader to own EV energy and charging software architecture, including high voltage energy management and charging system functions.

You will lead 5–10 engineers, drive Agile/SAFe practices, ensure ASPICE/ISO compliance, and coordinate end-to-end project delivery from India, with global collaboration and strong technical governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years total experience in embedded software/EV domains.
• Strong technical depth and leadership in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV Energy and Charging software architecture development.
• Act as technical escalation point for project delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery from India and coordinate globally.

• Drive performance management, hiring, and coaching.

Technical Skills

• Embedded C/C++, MATLAB Simulink, AUTOSAR, RTOS, CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
• EV Domain: Powertrain Application SW development preferably EV Domain.

Leadership Competencies

• Good technical depth, global collaboration skills, mentoring mindset, and experience working in matrixed organizations.
