IDfy in Maharashtra, India is seeking an engineering lead to drive product development for fraud-detection platforms. You will own API design, microservices architecture, and UI implementation using React, Node.js, and cloud services on AWS/GCP.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, hands-on coding, and leadership to mentor peers while delivering robust, scalable software in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Agile processes is essential.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience with Golang, Python or JS/Node.js, and modern UI frameworks like React.
• Experience designing API contracts, OOAD, and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of concurrency concepts and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Ideate on fraud-detection approaches and drive technical design artifacts.
• Build cloud-native apps that run on AWS/GCP and ensure scalable APIs and microservices.
• Develop UI components using React and server-side logic with Node.js or similar.
• Lead design discussions, mentor engineers, and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with product, security, DevOps, and data teams to ship features.

• Conducting root cause analysis of support tickets raised by clients and proposing solutions to fix them
• Staying ahead of the game by predicting future fraud techniques and building solutions to prevent themDesigning APIs, services, and data flows that operate reliably at scale
• Driving system design discussions across teams
• Collaborating closely with engineers across the tech pod—product, security, DevOps, and data
• Debugging and resolving complex production issues
• Mentoring engineers and raising the overall engineering bar
• Continuously improving platform reliability and developer experience
• Develop and maintain applications using React and Node.js.
• Participate in technical discussions and solution design.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript code.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned modules and features.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
