Job summary

Northern Arc Capital in Chennai, India seeks an experienced software delivery lead to own end-to-end delivery for complex modules. You will collaborate with architects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive projects from concept to delivery with a strong focus on quality and timelines.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Python, microservices, containerization, and front-end tech like React.js, along with proficiency in API gateways, testing frameworks, and cloud

Qualifications

• BE/B. Tech in CSE or electronics and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of the Agile SDLC.
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Python, microservices (Spring Boot), and containerisation.
• Working knowledge of front-end tech - React.js.
• Experience with API gateways and AD authentication.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito, Selenium/Cucumber) and ReactJS/Angular/JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, CouchDB).
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Cloud knowledge (Azure or AWS).
• Knowledge of CS algorithms and design patterns.
• Good project management, planning, risk management, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Understanding and/or basic working experience in front-end technologies - React.js .
• Experience working with API gateways (NGINX preferred) and AD authentication.
• Experience in testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito or Selenium/Cucumber) and ReactJS/Angular/JavaScript experience.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres and CouchDB preferred), design and queries.
• Experience working with any messaging system (KAFKA preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS clouds and Kubernetes.
• Clear understanding of CS algorithms and design patterns.
• Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
