You will collect leads, approach sites, assess needs, audit equipment, pitch solutions, negotiate orders, support installation, hand over projects, and ensure payment collection.

Responsibilities

• Collect leads and market information about potential customers.
• Approach residential or commercial elevators with replacement or modernization needs.
• Understand customer needs.
• Audit existing equipment and determine retention of components and financial viability.
• Make the sales pitch.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize orders.
• Assist the Installation team during project execution.
• Project handover and order closing.
• Collect payments.

Your Main Responsibilities

Modernization Sales will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring replacement/modernization of existing Schindler or non Schindler products and being constantly focused on 'Customer Satisfaction'.
