Y4D Foundation is hiring a Mobilizer – Skill Development (Social Sector) for Sangli and Kolhapur. The role focuses on mobilizing youth into skilling programs, coordinating outreach, and guiding candidates through enrollment and placement processes.

The position is full-time and in-person, requiring willingness to travel and relocate within Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month with health insurance and provident fund benefits.

Job description:

Mobilizer – Skill Development (Social Sector)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Social Work, Education, or related fields)

Location: Sangli and Kolhapur

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilization & Placement Targets: Achieve mobilization and placement goals within the given timeline.
• Community Outreach: Conduct outreach programs in rural and urban areas to encourage youth participation in skilling programs.
• Candidate Identification: Identify and enroll eligible candidates through awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and career guidance workshops.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, community leaders, and educational institutions to maximize outreach.
• Tracking & Follow-up: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring regular follow-ups on attendance, performance, and engagement during training.
