Job summary

The candidate will conduct door-to-door visits, organize community meetings, and coordinate with training teams to ensure smooth admissions and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits and community meetings to create awareness about programs.
• Identify and mobilise eligible candidates for training and development initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with local leaders, schools, and community groups.
• Organise counselling sessions, workshops, and awareness drives.
• Maintain records of mobilised candidates and follow up for enrollments.
• Support the admission process and documentation of candidates.
• Coordinate with training and placement teams to ensure candidate retention.
• Track daily/weekly mobilization targets and submit reports.
