Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a Field Outreach Coordinator in Jaipur to conduct field visits and community campaigns for student mobilization. You will identify eligible candidates for skill programs and build relationships with local communities and schools to boost placements.

You will counsel students and parents, organize mobilization activities, and maintain MIS reports. The role requires field work, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset to achieve admissions goals.

Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to work in field and community environments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based reporting.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to counsel and guide youth regarding career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, community outreach activities, and awareness campaigns for student mobilization.
• Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development training programs.
• Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, schools, colleges, and community leaders.
• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents regarding training and placement opportunities.
• Organize mobilization activities such as rallies, pamphlet distribution, door-to-door visits, auto campaigns, and community meetings.
• Maintain daily field activity reports, enquiry records, follow-up data, and mobilization MIS.
• Coordinate with trainers and center team to ensure batch fulfillment and student retention.
• Support admission process, documentation, and student onboarding activities.
• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and visits for conversion into admissions.
• Assist in organizing job fairs, placement drives, and center events whenever required.
