The role focuses on field outreach, placement tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management, requiring 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment coordination, or mobilization activities.
• Experience with NGOs, skill development programmes, or training institutes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Placement Coordination: Build relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers in IT and related industries.
• Mobilization Activities: Coordinate with colleges, institutions, and training centers for candidate sourcing.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent the organisation at job fairs, placement events, and networking meetings.
• Candidate data handling and reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data, attendance, and mobilization records.

Job Description

We are looking for a Coordinator – Placements cum Mobilization who can connect trained candidates with real employment opportunities while also mobilizing eligible youth for our skill development programs. The ideal candidate has strong networking abilities with HRs/IT companies and enjoys field-driven, people-first work.

Key Responsibilities

Placement Coordination

• Build strong relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers in IT and related industries


• Identify placement opportunities through corporate tie-ups and recruitment drives


• Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, virtual hiring drives, and campus recruitment


• Track candidate selection, onboarding status, and placement targets


• Prepare placement reports, employer databases, and hiring trackers

Mobilization Activities

• Mobilize candidates through field visits, college connect activities, social media, and community outreach


• Coordinate with colleges, institutions, and training centers for candidate sourcing


• Conduct awareness sessions, orientation programs, and candidate counselling


• Maintain accurate candidate data, attendance, and mobilization records

Stakeholder Management

• Build professional relationships with corporate HRs and industry partners


• Represent the organization at job fairs, placement events, and networking meetings

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline


• 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment coordination, or mobilization activities


• Experience working with NGOs, skill development programmes, or training institutes preferred
