Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a Mobilization Manager in Mumbai to lead PMO mobilization activities and run programs across multiple domains. The role requires strong collaboration with SMEs to build solutions and establish PMO processes within an engagement context.

You will work with senior management, potentially in shifts, and coordinate initiatives across compliance, finance, and procurement capabilities while guiding large teams on complex programs.

Qualifications

• 13–18 years of experience in PMO mobilization or related programs.
• Experience in leading large teams and client engagements.
• Ability to establish and operate PMO processes in an engagement context.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• Create solutions requiring in-depth evaluation of variables.
• Adhere to strategic direction when establishing near-term goals.
• Interact with senior management at client and Accenture.
• Exercise some latitude in decision-making on new assignments.
• Independently determine methods and procedures on assignments.
• Manage large- to medium-sized teams and work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Role may require rotational shifts.

What would you do?

NA This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.
