Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Mobilization Associate Director to lead PMO mobilization and run activities across engagements. You will work with SMEs to build solutions and establish PMO processes within an Accenture engagement context, applying traditional or Agile practices to support programs, projects or portfolios.

The role requires broad experience in management, interacting with senior client and internal leadership, and willingness to work in rotational shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 to 28 years of experience.
• Any Graduation.

Responsibilities

• This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture
• It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters
• Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility
• Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts

NA This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anto Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.
