Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru, India seeks a Mobilization Associate Director to support PMO mobilization across capabilities, including Compliance as a Service, Finance & Accounting, and possibly Procurement. The role requires coordination with SMEs to build cross-offering solutions and establish PMO processes within engagements, applying traditional, Agile, or SAFe practices.

The candidate should bring 18–28 years of experience, with ability to work in rotational shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 18–28 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in PMO mobilization and governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, define and solve complex problems impacting program direction.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve key business objectives within responsibility area.
• Interact with senior management at client and Accenture to influence critical matters.
• Possess wide latitude in decision making and approaches to critical assignments.
• Make decisions with major impact across multiple teams and client engagements.
• Manage large, complex teams and/or work efforts within Accenture or at a client site.

What would you do

NA This role will support solutions across capabilities; largely Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering), Finance and Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FPA) and potentially Procurement and Supply chain. They are not expected to be the expert across all the offerings. Knowledge of 1 or more domains is expected. They are expected to be able to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings. Establish operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.
