Job summary

Accenture seeks a Mobilization Associate Manager to lead PMO mobilization and transition initiatives within banking operations. You will coordinate end-to-end mobilization, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across regions.

The role requires 10–14 years of experience in banking operations and transformation programs, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver objectives.
