Mobile Device Management Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management Specialist to support and manage enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and macOS platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong scripting and automation skills, hands-on experience with endpoint management and provisioning solutions, and the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve device management processes in a dynamic enterprise environment.

This role requires expertise with Bash scripting and extensive experience supporting both Windows and Mac devices. Experience with modern MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Iru (formerly Kandji), or Jamf is highly desirable. The current environment utilizes Microsoft Intune and Iru/Kandji, although candidates with strong Jamf experience and the ability to quickly adapt to other MDM platforms are also encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and macOS devices.
• Administer and maintain endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management processes using enterprise MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Iru/Kandji.

• Experience with software deployment, patch management, and device compliance monitoring.
