Job summary

Providence India is seeking a skilled Endpoint Platform Management Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, governance and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint services across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. You will work with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, MDM, MAM, and device management tooling to enable secure, compliant endpoints.

• 6+ years of experience in endpoint management, digital workplace, client engineering or unified endpoint management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer and govern enterprise endpoint platforms across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android using Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, co-management, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Design and maintain MDM, MAM, compliance, configuration, security, Conditional Access, enrollment, application protection and updating policies for corporate-owned and personally owned devices.
• Package, test, deploy and manage the full application lifecycle through Intune Win32, AdminStudio and PowerShell, including detection, dependencies, pilots, upgrades and retirement.
• Monitor service health, device compliance, patching, security, inventory, deployments and platform capacity; troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate remediation, root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain role-based access, certificates, tokens, governance standards, audit evidence, change records, source control, SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Automate provisioning, reporting, validation and remediation; mentor engineers, review technical solutions and collaborate across security, identity, network, infrastructure, service desk and application teams to drive continuous improvements.
• Review service health, compliance trends, application deployments and operational alerts.
• Engineer and test Intune, MDM, MAM, Autopilot, Apple enrollment and security configurations.
• Package and validate applications and coordinate staged deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex enrollment, policy, patching and software-delivery issues.
• Automate operations and improve reporting, governance and service reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, change reviews and Technical design discussions.

The Service Integration Team – Endpoint Platform Management will lead the engineering, administration, governance and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint services across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. The role combines Microsoft Intune administration, MECM/SCCM, MDM, MAM, Apple device management, application packaging, endpoint security, automation and operational service ownership.
