Lingarogroup is hiring for a senior AI/ML role focused on deploying enterprise AI agents and GenAI solutions. You will integrate with Power Platform and Azure AI services, implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, and collaborate with Data Science teams to deliver scalable AI pipelines.

Role emphasizes architecture, multilingual handling, and comprehensive technical documentation, with flexible remote/office options and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry in enterprise AI.
• Strong knowledge of topics, triggers, variables, routing, and generative answers.
• Experience with citations, metadata retrieval, multilingual handling and prompt design.
• Understanding of DEV/UAT/PROD deployments and security aspects.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy ML/AI models to production.
• Design, deliver GenAI solutions and scalable MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
• Industrialize processing pipelines and establish ML life cycle best practices.
• Gather requirements and estimate planned work for AI initiatives.

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation

• At least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
