Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a senior AI/ML architect to drive production-ready AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. You will design GenAI solutions, optimize LLM workflows, and implement scalable ML pipelines.

Role requires 6+ years in enterprise AI, strong experience with Power Platform integration, and deep knowledge of MLOps, retrieval, and multilingual handling. Office-based with flexible remote options and strong collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry
• Strong knowledge of topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling
• Experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, and Azure AI services
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt design
• Understanding of ALM, Azure services, security, environments, DEV/UAT/PROD deployment
• Familiarity with MLOps / LLM Ops best practices

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation

What We're Looking:

• At least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
