Job summary

Lingaro Group is seeking a senior AI Engineer to join the Data Science and AI Competency Center. You will implement enterprise AI agents, design GenAI solutions, and optimize ML pipelines across deployments.

You will work with Azure OpenAI/Foundry, Copilot Studio and Power Platform integrations, ensuring scalable ML operations and knowledge grounding. A strong background in AI lifecycle management is required.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise AI agent development with Copilot or Foundry.
• Deep knowledge of ML lifecycle, MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
• Experience integrating AI with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy ML models to production.

Job Description:

The person we are looking for will become part of Data Science and AI Competency Center working in AI Engineering team.

Tasks:

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation
• At least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands‑on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
