Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to deploy ML models and design GenAI solutions in enterprise environments. You will integrate Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry with the Power Platform stack, including Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse and Teams, ensuring robust ML lifecycle practices.

The role emphasizes building scalable AI pipelines, multilingual handling, and knowledge grounding, with opportunities for hybrid/remote work and broad collaboration with top engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Copilot Studio/Azure AI Foundry in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise AI agents.
• Knowledge grounding, RAG, multilingual handling.
• Experience integrating with Power Platform stack (Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams).
• Understanding of ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments.

What You'II Be Doing:

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
