Job summary

Lingaro is expanding its Data Science and AI Competency Center with an AI Engineering role. You will ship ML models to production, design GenAI solutions, and industrialize AI processing pipelines while driving ML lifecycle best practices.

You will collaborate with Data Science teams and clients, focusing on integration with Azure/OpenAI, Power Platform, and modern AI architectures. Flexible work options are available depending on location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry
• Strong knowledge of topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG
• Experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt design, troubleshooting agents
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage

The person we are looking for will become part of Data Science and AI Competency Center working in AI Engineering team.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands‑on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
