Job summary

Mploy8 Hr Consulting in Mumbai is seeking an MIS Expert to join our team and drive data-driven decision making. The role focuses on preparing comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards and analyses for management review.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and an ability to handle large datasets. Power BI exposure is a plus; role is office-based in Bandra East, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to handle large datasets.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution or E-commerce preferred.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus for dashboard creation.

Position: MIS Expert

Location: Mumbai - One BKC, Bandra East

Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary: 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, consolidate and analyse business data.

Prepare sales, revenue, inventory and performance reports.

Create and maintain dashboards for management review.

Perform data analysis and variance analysis.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other teams for data collection.

Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, etc.
