Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MIS, Reporting, Operations, HR MIS, Workforce Management or Data Management experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on MIS reporting experience.

• Coordinate with teams to collect required information and ensure timely reporting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst

who will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing operational data, creating dashboards, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Handle large datasets and ensure accuracy of MIS reports.
• Use Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations or trends.
• Prepare management reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Maintain employee/operations-related databases and trackers.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect and validate required information.
• Ensure reports are shared within defined timelines.
• Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of MIS reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Excel formulas and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates with experience in MIS, Reporting, Operations, HR MIS, Workforce Management or Data Management will be preferred.
