Job summary

A fast-growing skincare brand in India is seeking an Associate for full-time employment in Marketing. The role involves preparing detailed MIS reports on skincare SKU sales, monitoring performance across e-commerce platforms, and ensuring data accuracy. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of MIS/data preparation experience in Skincare, Beauty, or Personal care is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory MIS preparation and operations.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and inventory MIS preparation.
• High attention to detail due to batch and expiry‑sensitive reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Skincare SKU sales and revenue.
• Monitor performance by SKU, category, and channel.
• Track performance across various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all MIS reports.
• Reconcile sales data with marketplace and payment reports.
• Maintain SKU‑wise inventory reports including batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with ecommerce, warehouse, and supply chain teams for stock accuracy reporting.
• Analyse return reasons (damaged, leakage, allergic reaction, incorrect item).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all MIS reports.
• Automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Skincare SKU sales, revenue, returns, and cancellations.
• Monitor performance by SKU, category (cleansers, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens), and channel.
• Track performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Shopify.
• Monitor order flow, fulfilment status, RTO, refunds, and delivery TAT.
• Reconcile sales data with marketplace and payment reports.
• Maintain SKU‑wise inventory reports including batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with e‑commerce, warehouse, and supply chain teams for stock accuracy report preparation.
• Analyse return reasons (damaged, leakage, allergic reaction, incorrect item).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all MIS reports.
• Automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
