Job summary

Crew Kraftorz LLP is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to manage backend operations, reporting, and coordination across major online platforms from our Chennai office. The role focuses on MIS reporting, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate is data-savvy, proactive, and experienced in handling MIS reports and ecommerce backend operations. Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce/online platforms.
• Proven ability to generate MIS reports and analyze data.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage MIS reports across platforms.
• Analyze performance data to support decisions and optimization.
• Coordinate and execute daily ecommerce platform operations.
• Monitor QComm/B2B portals for product availability and performance.

We’re hiring an Ecommerce Executive to manage backend operations, reporting, and coordination across major online platforms. In this role, you’ll support daily e-commerce functions on e-commerce platforms and B2B/QComm channels. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, proactive, and experienced in handling MIS reports, online product performance tracking, and platform coordination. This is a critical role for streamlining online operations and driving business decisions through insights.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with eCommerce marketplaces

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools

Familiarity with QComm and B2B platforms

Excellent in generating, managing, and interpreting MIS reports

Solid understanding of ecommerce backend operations and listings

Analytical thinking and ability to generate actionable insights

Key Responsibilities:
