Job summary

Taco Bell in Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Analytics professional to own the marketing budget lifecycle and sales reporting. You will monitor budgets, manage POs, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments.

Additionally, you will maintain daily sales trackers, perform menu mix and store-level analyses, and deliver MIS reports with actionable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly marketing budget against actual expenditure.
• Identify and report budget variances and over-utilization.
• Create and manage purchase orders aligned with budgets.
• Submit monthly provisions to Finance for accurate accounting.
• Process vendor invoices promptly and track payments.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to close outstanding items.
• Maintain Daily Sales Tracker with accurate data.
• Disseminate daily MIS and sales reports to stakeholders.
• Perform menu mix analysis and identify trends and gaps.
• Track store- and item-level sales performance weekly to annually.
• Monitor ADS, ADT, and APC metrics and explain variances.
• Conduct business and trend analyses to support planning.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Budget Tracking & Financial Reporting
   • Monitor and track the monthly Marketing Budget against actual expenditure.
   • Identify and report budget over-utilization & variances.
2. Purchase Order & Monthly Provision Management
   • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approved budgets and business requirements.
   • Ensure timely submission of monthly provisions to the Finance team for accurate financial accounting and reporting.
3. Invoice Management & Vendor Coordination
   • Ensure timely submission and processing of vendor invoices in the system.
   • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to follow up on pending invoices and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
4. Daily Sales Reporting & MIS Management
   • Maintain and update the Daily Sales Tracker with accurate and detailed sales information.
   • Ensure timely dissemination of sales MIS and reports to relevant stakeholders.
5. Menu Mix Analysis
   • Prepare and maintain daily Menu Mix reports at both Channel and Store levels.
   • Analyse item-level contribution and identify key trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
6. Store & Item-Level Sales Performance Analysis
   • Track and analyse store-wise sales performance on a Weekly, Monthly, and Annual basis.
   • Conduct item-level performance analysis for PSPD and highlight key business insights, growth opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
7. ADS, ADT & APC Performance Tracking
   • Prepare and maintain monthly ADS (Average Daily Sales), ADT (Average Daily Transactions), and APC (Average Per Check) trackers.
   • Analyse performance at both Regional and Store levels and highlight significant variances and trends.
8. Business & Trend Analysis
   • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales, transactions, and item-level performance to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
   • Provide actionable insights to support business planning, performance improvement, and decision-making.
9. Ad Hoc Reports and Analysis
   • Preparation of any ad-hoc reports as and when required by stakeholders.
