Job summary

Synnat Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 3 years of experience to manage reporting, data analysis, and budgeting support. Candidate should be proficient in Excel-based reporting and familiar with ERP systems to ensure data accuracy across departments.

Primary responsibilities include preparing MIS reports, extracting and validating data from ERP, and supporting budget planning with variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in MIS/reporting roles.
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Tally).
• Expertise in MS Excel with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Work on ERP systems to extract, consolidate, and validate data.
• Support accounting teams by ensuring data accuracy in line with standard accounting practices.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Assist in budget planning, variance analysis, and periodic budget vs. actual reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and ensure timely reporting.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in reporting and data management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 3 years of relevant experience to manage reporting, data analysis, and budgeting support for the organization. The ideal candidate is well versed with accounting practices, has strong ERP exposure, and is an expert in Excel-based reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Work on ERP systems to extract, consolidate, and validate financial and operational data.
• Support accounting teams by ensuring data accuracy in line with standard accounting practices.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Assist in budget planning, variance analysis, and periodic budget vs. actual reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in MIS/reporting roles.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
• Well versed with accounting practices and financial concepts.
• Expertise in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience in budget planning and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills for coordinating across departments.
