Ideal candidate has 0-1 year HR exposure, strong Excel and presentation skills, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of HR support/associate experience (internships count).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data sorting, and basic formulas is mandatory.
• Ability to transform data into clean, professional slide decks.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
• Reporting & Insights: create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for HR leadership.
