Job summary

Ofb Tech is seeking an MIS Executive to aggregate, analyze, and report financial and operational data across 30+ companies. You will support month-end closing and ensure data integrity in ERP/MIS systems.

Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, processing CN/DN, and generating MIS reports daily, weekly, and monthly for leadership review. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIS reporting and data handling for multiple entities.
• Hands-on ERP data entry, integrity checks, and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory tracking and regular stock checks.
• Handle inward/outward material entries in ERP and MIS reports.
• Prepare MIS data and reports for management review.
• Update sales and purchase data in ERP/MIS systems.
• Prepare and process CNs and DNs as required.
• Monitor daily production tracking and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure accurate ERP management and timely data updates.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for inventory, sales, purchases, production.
• Identify data gaps and support audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams.

Job Title: MIS Executive

Role Objective

The MIS Executive will be responsible for the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of financial and operational data across the group's 30+ companies. You will play a critical role in supporting the month-end closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory tracking records and ensure accurate stock check on a regular basis.
• Handle inward and outward entries of material in ERP and MIS reports.
• Perform data preparation and MIS critical reporting for management review.
• Manage and update sales and purchase data in ERP/MIS systems.
• Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) as per business requirements.
• Monitor and report daily production tracking and coordinate with production teams.
• Ensure accurate ERP management, data integrity, and timely updates.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for inventory, sales, purchases, and production.
• Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth data flow.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MIS critical reporting and data handling
• Hands-on experience with ERP management (SAP/Tally/Oracle/other ERP preferred)
• Good understanding of inventory tracking, inwardoutward process, stock check
• Familiarity with sales and purchase documentation, CN & DN
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel ( Pivot Tables, and Complex Formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Excellent knowledge of MIS procedures, Excellent decision-making abilities.
