Job summary

PERSOL Bengaluru seeks an MIS Executive to manage monthly and weekly MIS reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI, building dashboards for sales and distribution teams.

You will analyze data, automate reports with macros, and present findings to Sales Head and management to support operational planning and reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas and Power BI for dashboards and analysis.
• Experience in FMCG reporting and monthly analytics.
• Ability to generate and forward monthly reports to Sales Head.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily MIS reports through in-depth analysis.
• Create and update dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Support management with operational plans and reviews.

Job Title : MIS Executive

Requirements

Advanced Excel formulas, Power BI Developer, dashboards, v look ups, h look ups, pivot, charts, macros, application of conditions etc.

Good Knowledge on FMCG sector, like Secondary & Primary reports and analysis & Generating monthly reports and forwarding them to Sales Head

Preparing incentives for Sales Team and Retail Distributors.

Managing the monthly, weekly & daily report creation through in-depth analysis and producing the actionable information

Support to the management for operational plans & Reviews and dash board updating.

Creating MIS report and presenting it to the concerned department

Designing reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner

Surveying the history of reporting used to analyze utilization, consistency and accuracy

Qualification: Graduation or Above with Good knowledge on Advanced Excel and Power BI Tool.

Min. 2+ years of experience on MIS reports.
