You'll be responsible for preparing reports, performing variance analysis, and coordinating with teams to ensure data accuracy in ERP systems. The ideal candidate has a Master of Commerce and strong skills in SAP, Excel, and Power BI. Qualifications

• Must have strong grasp of financial reporting and MIS.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and KPIs.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization is a plus.
• Strong internal controls and audit compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and business trends.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple business units for reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely data capture in ERP systems.
• Support statutory and internal audits by providing reconciliations, schedules, and MIS reports.
• Develop dashboards and reporting templates using Excel and Power BI to streamline management reporting.
