Phoenixerabss in India is seeking a data analytics specialist with strong Excel and MS Office expertise to convert data from multiple stakeholders into accurate, timely insights, dashboards and pivots that inform business decisions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams to meet SLAs, drive data quality, and deliver management information and periodic forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar.
• Master's degree preferable.
• Experience managing a team.
• Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strong hand in Excel and MS Office skills across analytics tasks.
• Experience in creating data used for analytics.
• Experience in making presentation and pivots.
• Eye for micro details to assess data sets received from multiple stakeholders and should be analytical mind.
• Strong interpersonal skills aiding coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collate and analyse data for the entire process on a monthly/weekly/daily basis.
• Engage with different work streams to proactively collaborate to drive SLAs.
• Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
• Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
• Adhere to the company’s quality and business processes.
