Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a Sales MIS Executive to gather, analyze, and report sales data across outlets, cloud kitchens, and online platforms (Swiggy/Zomato). You will build dashboards and automate reports to support the Sales and Management teams.

You will coordinate with outlet managers and area heads, deliver timely DSR/MPR reports, and provide insights for pricing and promotions. Freshers with strong Excel skills may apply; 1–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales MIS or Data Reporting (Retail/QSR/FMCG experience preferred).
• Freshers with strong Excel skills and internship exposure to sales data may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily/weekly/monthly sales data from retail outlets, cloud kitchens, and online platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
• Maintain accurate sales databases and dashboards for all business verticals.
• Track outlet-wise, region-wise, and product-wise sales performance.
• Prepare and publish timely MIS reports – daily sales reports (DSR), monthly performance reports (MPR), and sales forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, highlight deviations, and support planning with insights.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and area heads for data accuracy and timely inputs.
• Support Sales & Marketing teams with relevant reports and analytics.
• Provide insights to product and pricing strategy teams.
• Develop Excel tools and dashboards to automate repetitive reporting tasks.

Job description

The Sales MIS Executive is responsible for gathering, compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to support the Sales team and Management. This role ensures timely and accurate reporting of outlet performance, online platform sales (Swiggy/Zomato), and product-wise trends to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect daily/weekly/monthly sales data from retail outlets, cloud kitchens, and online platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
• Maintain accurate sales databases and dashboards for all business verticals.
• Track outlet-wise, region-wise, and product-wise sales performance.

2. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and publish timely MIS reports – daily sales reports (DSR), monthly performance reports (MPR), and sales forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, highlight deviations, and support planning with insights.
• Track promotional campaign effectiveness and ROI.

3. Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with outlet managers and area heads for data accuracy and timely inputs.
• Support Sales & Marketing teams with relevant reports and analytics.
• Provide insights to product and pricing strategy teams.

4. Automation & Process Improvement:

• Develop Excel tools and dashboards to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve sales reporting efficiency.
• Knowledge of Swiggy/Zomato or similar online platform dashboards.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/POS software and Power BI (preferred).
