Job summary

Globiva is seeking an Executive MIS in Gurgaon to manage end-to-end reporting for BPO processes, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

The role requires 2-7 years of MIS reporting experience with dashboard creation, strong Excel/Power Query skills, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau. Location is Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana; face-to-face interviews only.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Executive MIS to manage end-to-end reporting for our BPO processes, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and clients.
• Develop dashboards, trend analysis, and variance reports for performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely delivery of reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Skills:

• Advanced Excel & Power Query expertise
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau for dashboard creation
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and automation (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in IT/Statistics/Analytics).
• 2-7 years of BPO MIS Reporting experience with dashboard creation.

Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon (Haryana)

Additional Requirements

• Requirement-1) Minimum 1 year experience in MIS profile.
• 2) Dialer experience would be preferred.
• 3) Must have experience in Advanced excel
• 4) Must have knowledge about APR reports.
