Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad, Haryana is seeking an MIS Executive to manage daily MIS, data accuracy, and business analytics.

You will consolidate data from multiple departments, validate information, and create management dashboards. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and automation of reporting processes through Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong data + business + analytical mindset with a background in B.com or MBA.

Qualifications

• Not an only Excel operator; must have data and analytical mindset.
• Ability to answer what happened, why it happened, and the actions required.
• Experience with data-driven business insights is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate Daily MIS within defined timelines.
• Consolidate data from Sales, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations, HR and other departments.
• Validate data before publishing reports and maintain master databases.
• Prepare Management Dashboard / CEO Dashboard / Business Review MIS as required.
• Create automated dashboards using Excel / Power BI / CRM or other tools.
• Support Monthly/Weekly/Quarterly Business Reviews with presentations and analytics.

Job Description

A. Daily MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and circulate Daily Business MIS within defined timelines.
• dispatch and other business KPIs.
• Consolidate data from different departments and locations.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting calendars.
• Ensure reports reach management before the agreed cut-off time.
• Highlight major deviations, gaps and exceptions to management.

B. Data Management & Accuracy

• Collect data from Sales, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations,
• HR and other departments.
• Validate data before publishing any report.
• Maintain master databases and ensure proper version control.
• Establish data accuracy checks and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Collection & Outstanding
• Purchase & Supply Chain
• Prepare Management Dashboard / CEO Dashboard / Business Review MIS as required.

D. Business Analysis

• Compare Actual vs Target on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Analyze MTD, QTD and YTD performance.
• Identify top-performing and underperforming regions, teams, products and channels.
• Prepare variance and trend analysis.
• Identify business risks and performance gaps.
• Provide data-backed insights to management.
• Convert raw data into meaningful management information.

E. Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate repetitive MIS reports wherever possible.
• Improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Create automated dashboards using Excel / Power BI / CRM or other business tools.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce reporting time and errors.

F. CRM / ERP Data Monitoring

• Monitor data quality in Zoho CRM / ERP / other business systems.
• Track required fields, data completeness and user compliance.
• Identify incorrect or incomplete transactions.
• Coordinate with departments to correct system data.
• Prepare system-based reports for management.
• Support implementation of new MIS and reporting systems.

G. Monthly Business Review Support

• Support management in preparing:
• Monthly Business Review (MBR)
• Weekly Business Review (WBR)
• Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and analytical reports for review meetings.

Requirements

The ideal MIS Executive should not be only an Excel operator.

He/she should be able to answer:

What happened? Why did it happen? Where is the gap? Who owns it? What

action is required?

The candidate should have a strong data + business + analytical mindset.
