Axis Bank is seeking an organised MIS Coordinator to support the Sales Team across Maharashtra. The role involves collecting, consolidating, maintaining, and analysing sales-related data from different regions, with regular coordination with Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and Zonal Managers to ensure timely and accurate data reporting and follow-ups.

You will develop daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in MS Excel, track targets and performance, identify discrepancies, and prepare dashboards

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in MIS, sales coordination, or sales operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas).
• Good data management and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination with multiple teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports.

Responsabilités

• Collect and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from Maharashtra.
• Coordinate with Zonal Managers to obtain reports and performance data.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely submission of MIS.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Track targets, achievements, productivity, leads, and conversions.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
• Maintain records of sales activities and regional updates.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management.
• Follow up with zones to ensure timely data collection.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to support the Sales Team across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, maintaining, and analysing sales-related data from different regions. The role involves regular coordination with Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and Zonal Managers to ensure timely and accurate data reporting, tracking, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from different regions across Maharashtra.
2. Coordinate with Zonal Managers to obtain sales reports, business updates, target achievements, and performance-related data.
3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of daily sales reports and other required MIS.
4. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
5. Track sales targets, achievements, productivity, leads, conversions, and overall team performance.
6. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective Zonal Managers for corrections.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, employee-wise performance, and regional business updates.
8. Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management review.
9. Follow up with different zones to ensure timely data collection and reporting.
10. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Head and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or Sales Operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data sorting and filtering).
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple Zonal Managers and sales teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in the banking, NBFC, financial services, or sales operations industry will be preferred.
• Experience in handling Maharashtra-level sales data or multi-location MIS reporting will be an added advantage.
